Publication Quality Sky Maps
Skymaps.com produces and supplies professionally-designed maps of the night sky in digital format. The sky maps -- also known as star charts or star maps -- can be custom designed to meet the particular requirements of a client.

Skymaps.com can design a set of astronomical star charts for your particular project. For example:

Science museum, planetarium, or library handouts

Monthly star charts for an almanac or magazine

The digital sky maps can be supplied in several digital file formats including Adobe Illustrator, Freehand, Acrobat PDF or Encapsulated Postscript (EPS). All maps are prepared using Adobe Type 1 fonts.

Reprint Rights
We sell reprint rights to "The Evening Sky Map". We sell such rights with the stipulation that copyright information and web address remain intact and that "The Evening Sky Map" does not appear on another Web site.

It is the policy of Skymaps.com to grant permission to educators, astronomy clubs and others to make and distribute a limited number of printed copies of "The Evening Sky Map" free of charge provided the use is educational and non-commercial.

All requests for permission to reprint or copy "The Evening Sky Map" are considered on a case-by-case basis. To apply, simply complete and submit the online Copyright Permission Form with full details of the intended use. Note, a fee will apply if "The Evening Sky Map" is used for a commercial purpose or if it is published or included with another publication.
